CANCELLATION POLICY

Skin Cosmetic Doctors Ltd (trading as ‘Skin Cosmetics London’) operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please provide 48 hours’ notice if you intend to cancel or rearrange your appointment. We may charge the full cost of your treatment for late cancellations or missed appointments without adequate notice.

To change or cancel your appointment, kindly contact our team within 48 hours. We are available Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm. If you’re running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We may charge the full cost of the appointment if we cannot accommodate late arrivals.

DEPOSITS

To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is necessary when scheduling an appointment with our practitioners. This deposit can be used towards your treatment. Please note, all treatments are available for individuals 18 years or older.

TREATMENT PACKAGES

All treatment packages should be utilized within 18 months of purchase. These packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, but balances for remaining treatments can be shifted to other aesthetic procedures.

YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS’ POLICY

For safety and convenience, unattended children are not allowed in the waiting area or treatment rooms. We do not permit pets near or in the treatment area due to hygiene and safety concerns. Pets may be in the main reception area attended by someone, with a leash attached.

FOOD POLICY

We kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing or consuming hot food in the waiting area.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Offers are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other promotions or product purchases.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, have a stated validity period, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are limited to one per person and cannot be used for medical or injectable treatments or alongside other offers.
