Plasma Pen is the device used in a new anti-aging skin tightening treatment, also known as Fibroblast Treatment or Fibroblasting. This treatment is taking anti-aging to a new level.

Plasma Pen is a low-powered device that is used for various kinds of skin treatments. It is especially effective in lifting and tightening loose skin around the eyes, which is very thin and will lose elasticity faster than the rest of the face. iLift is the next generation technology for skin tightening and stimulating collagen production. This effect is achieved with a “spark” which generates heat, warming the skin and thus achieving the desired effect.

No more drastic surgery, fillers or Botox, this treatment uses your own immune system to stimulate your skin into building new layers of collagen, resulting in tightening of the skin.
Plasma Pen was developed to deliver completely natural soft surgery plasma fibroblasting with stunning long-lasting results. It’s entirely designed to dramatically repair and reverse the signs of aging. Until now Laser or skin peels have been the main skin correcting treatment for fine lines and wrinkles, however, these treatments actually take layers from your skin exposing the underlayers of new skin. Plasma Pen does the opposite, it helps thicken the skin resulting in a more youthful plumper appearance. In fact, apart from surgery, it is the only treatment at present that can be done to tighten the skin on the eyelids.

Question . . .

Plasma can be used on any part of the skin, but the exciting part is that it can be used on the area around the eyes, which was only formerly achievable with surgery.

Areas that can be treated with Plasma:

Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty (eye bag removal)
Brow Lifts
Neck Lifts
Lower Face Lifts
Crows Feet
Lipstick Lines
Naso-Labial Folds
Wrinkles
Acne Scarring
Stretch Marks
Skin Tags
Benign Lesions
Hyper-Pigmentation
Age spots/Sun Damage

An amazing alternative to a facelift:

  • A non-surgical alternative to a facelift
  • Minimal downtime (lunch break)
  • Immediate results can be seen
  • No cutting or stitching of the skin
  • No major trauma other than very superficial scabbing to the skin
  • Treatment time between 1-2 hours, depending on the area (facial area – body parts can take longer depending on the area to be treated).

Following application of anaesthetic cream, treatment commences by holding the device over the selected area, where a spark is created in the space between the device tip and the skin. This spark creates a response in the skin, leading to collagen induction/production and the subsequent rejuvenating effect.

This treatment does not involve any cutting, injecting, burning or removal of skin or tissue. It is particularly good at working on small areas of heavily lined skin such as upper and lower eye, ‘smokers’ lines over the mouth and the area around the belly button.

The side effects are immediate and may include swelling & reddening of the treated area for 2-3 days. The healing process will include crusting (which should be left to fall away naturally) over the course of about a week to 10 days.

Treatments can sometimes lead to more prolonged redness and swelling, while the skin recovers, this is more likely when the eye lids or areas close to the eye are treated. It can take up to 7 to 14 days to fully recover for some individuals.

Makeup can be applied as cover where needed once the skin has shed. The results are instant and improve over the next 2-4 weeks.
